s: specific -> the goal is concrete and tangible - everyone knows what it looks like

m: measurable -> the goal has an objective measure of success that everyone can understand

a: attainable -> the goal is challenging buts should be achievable with the resources available

R: relevant -> the goal meaningfully contributes to larger objectives like the overall mission

T: timely -> the goal has a deadline or better yet a timeline of progress milestones

specific: getting a distinction in media and a pass or better in business

measurable: revise and work on the work that I need to complete to work towards the grades by going to plus time and doing independent revision

attainable: I have already started attending plus times and doing independent research and revising for my business exam

relevant: I like being productive and working as hard as I can to get a good grade

timely: The deadline is summer 2025 when I find out my final grades

attainable: I have already started looking into what grades I need and what I need to

timely: The deadline is either august 2025 or 2026
