for this task, we were asked to create infographics for university courses or our desired career path after sixth form. I would like to do events management in university after sixth form, so I researched six universities that offer events management. Once I completed the research, we had to develop three possible ideas and layouts for our final infographics. I combined all three of my designs to create the layouts for my final six. I made sure to incorporate all my ideas into the designs, ensuring that they were visually appealing and relevant to the universities. To begin with, I created colour palettes for each infographic and chose what fonts I wanted to use. I chose the colours and fonts by taking inspiration from the university's colours and fonts. This way, the infographic looks even more relevant to the university.

for each university, I felt they were informative infographics. In each, I included key information like entry requirements, course overviews and location etc. My use of colour and font helped make the information more relevant. the process of making the infographics involved research, creativity, time management, and digital skills.

I chose Canva to create my infographics as I had experience using it and felt it was the best tool to create the designs I wanted. Using Canva was very easy and simple to use and most of the things I had in mind for my infographic I was able to use as when I was looking through the different elements Canva offered it had almost all the ones I wanted. The only issue I came across was that some of the features I wanted to use were premium, which required payment. I think creating six infographics allowed me to include a large amount of information about each university, making it engaging and informative. I am happy with how the designs turned out, and they met the expectations that I had in mind for my final design.

Throughout this unit, I have developed my hard skills when it comes to editing and creating infographics. additionally, the tasks about SWOT and SMART targets helped me develop my soft skills, and now I feel like I would be able to evaluate them even better. overall, I am happy with the results and the skills I have gained. I also feel that researching the different universities has helped me narrow down what ones I may consider for after sixth form.
