About: she has an older sister who is 19 and moved into university recently. She is also very close to her mum as she had Gracie when she was quite young so they kind of grew up together. She has a puppy which is a golden retriever called Taylor that her mum got her after her sister moved out to keep her company. She has 2 friends but they both go to a different school than her so she doesn't see them that often, she also has a bit of social anxiety so she doesn't go out that often and only likes going out by herself for a short time or with her mum.

3 situations:

-She was out shopping with her mum and she saw some people from her school and she was nervous to be seen by them so she forced her mum to go a different way as she didn't want them to see her. her mum kept trying to ask her what was wrong if they saw her but Gracie just continued to ignore her mum. Gracie doesn't really like the people from her school as they can be rude. so she wanted to get away from them as she knows that they may try to talk to her and she didn't want her mum to know she doesn't have many friends within her school.

-She was working a shift in her waitressing job when a customer started to get annoyed with the taste of the food. she felt very overwhelmed and apologised and then she went to get the manager as she felt she couldn't deal with the customer herself. Afterwards she felt very stressed out throughout the rest of her shift. when her shift ended her manager told her that she needs to start to try and deal with these kind of situations herself which made her feel very anxious as she has a bit of social anxiety so she gets quite nervous when she has to deal with a big social situation.

-She was getting her hair cut and the hairdresser was asking her what she wanted to do with her hair. She said she wants to roughly keep it the same length but during the haircut she could see that the hairdresser was about to cut more than she wanted but she felt to bad and to nervous to tell her she wanted less cut off. After she left the hairdresser she went home and felt very annoyed at herself for not saying anything as she really didn't like what her hair looked like anymore.
