Interview notes - different types of interview styles:

  • standard -> looking off to the side -> always looking to the key light

  • interrotron -> looking down into the lens -> better connection between subject and audience

  • conversational -> show both people -> feels natural -> fly on the wall

  • host + standard -> see what there looking at -> see both people

  • host + conversation -> aware of host -> see both people

  • in the moment -> feels like a normal conversation

  • standard voiceover -> don't see the actual interview

  1. what is your favorite film or documentary and why?

  2. what is your favorite tv show and why?

  3. what character do you relate most to and why?

  4. how long on average do you think you spend watching tv in a day and do you think it distracts you from being productive?

  5. do you think there's any overrated tv shows and films and why do you think there overrated?

  6. do you think there's any underrated tv shows and films and why do you think there underrated?

  7. have you ever had an emotional response to a film such as crying, if you have what film or tv show was it and why did it make you feel this way?

  8. when a film is released do you prefer to go and see it in a cinema or do you wait until its free to watch at home and why do you do this?

  9. when you were younger what was your favorite tv show and why?

  10. who is your favorite actor or actress and why?
